Dyrp is a yoga studio in Dubai with a twist. As the name suggests, its Traditional Hot Yoga + Hot Fitness classes implement infrared heat technology to help visitors keep warm. This enables one to be able to perform physical exercises with all the health benefits including immune system boost, detox, weight loss, physical and mental healing, and more. Each class has a duration of 60 minutes either catering to beginners or intermediate yoga enthusiasts.

This space is one of the city's top yoga studios. Dubbed the "Breathing Community," Yoga House caters to visitors of all yoga levels with its Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation classes, along with high intensity classes such as Barre, Power Pilates, and other Fusions. Furthermore, the studio offers classes to corporations in addition to workshops and further training.

Motion Fitness is a women-only fitness center situated within Umm Suqeim, in Dubai. This villa offers yoga classes to visitors of all ages and experience levels, including personal training, Pilates, reformer, barre, toning, and spinning classes. As an added perk, visitors will have access to both indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as an inviting environment where friendships and bonds are made.

The View at the Palm

As the name implies, this yoga space is situated at The Palm's observation deck. Opened weekly on Tuesdays and Saturdays, The View offers 60-minute yoga sessions with a stunning panoramic view of Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai's city landscape. Visitors can access The View through Nakheel Mall, but are also required to bring their own yoga mats.
