Patricia Keating

Senior Manager I Scale Lead
As an entrepreneur and startup builder, Patricia Keating is an award winning leader who specializes in nurturing disruptive technology start-ups. After building her own business in 2014 and launching Manchester’s first privately funded tech incubator accelerator in 2017, Patricia moved to Dubai to support the development of the startups ecosystem in the Middle East.

Patricia leads on strategic market engagement with the technology ecosystem through PwC Ventures practice where she works with clients to industrialize innovation, to design, build and scale high-impact ventures, powered by world-class Scaleups. She acts as a subject matter expert advising on ecosystem and innovation consulting projects in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Patricia is part of the PwC sustainability platform looking closely at net zero technologies and the impact they can have on ESG transformation. Co-author of PwC Middle East Flagship COP28 reports ‘Middle East NetZero Future50’ and ‘PwC Middle East Climate Tech Report 2023’ which reports on netzero technologies and Middle East investor trends respectively.

She comes with 20 years experience of management and leadership, building strategic partnerships & communities through technology from across Ireland and the UK. Particular areas of expertise are in the fields in entrepreneurship, leadership & management, ecommerce, marketplace & digital marketing technologies.
