Tintamarre Saveurs Levantines

Franco-Lebanese chef Gabrielle Beck opened this establishment in the 19th arrondissement of Paris next to the Canal de L’Ourq. With a background in interior architecture, Gabrielle Beck upholds a creative flair and Lebanese influences in every one of her dishes after converting to the culinary world. It is safe to say that “Tintamarre, Saveurs Levantines” has captured the hearts of every person who steps foot in the restaurant and indulges in the refined, fresh and comforting dishes that it offers.

Although being a small and cozy space, the name Tintamarre evokes a vibrant and lively ambiance that truly translates into the aesthetic of the restaurant. Tables showcase dishes presented with so much love and care in aesthetic and flavor. And believe me, everything on the menu is recommended.

Man’ouché

If you’re looking for the real Lebanese street food experience, this place is for you. Whether it’s for lunch, dinner or a late snack, Man’ouché has got you covered. Right next to the Centre Pompidou, this hole in the wall offers all varieties of Lebanese traditional flat bread wonder called Manousheh. They have quite some varieties of fillings, from the classic zaatar to the sujuk. My top pick there would have to be the order” Zaatar extra with Halloum.” The extra part involves the inclusion of some delicious fresh veggies (and some mint- that is the highlight). Keep this snack on your radar if you’re ever near the area.
