This Saudi Ministry Just Won Two Awards For Communication In The UAE

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development won two awards at the 9th Sharjah Government Communication Awards hosted in the UAE.

The ministry achieved awards in the categories for “best systems in government communication in the Arab world,” and “best government communication initiative to empower women globally.”

Fifty-three candidates were shortlisted in 19 award classes, with the Saudi ministry being recognized for their systems and organization used in the execution of their projects, the influence and outcomes achieved, their use of technology and media to reach target audiences and markets, and their advanced and practical visions for making them work effectively.

The ministry’s assistant minister for shared services, Mohammed bin Nasser Al-Jasser, attributed the awards to the hard work of employees working on the projects. He also explained that the ministry’s goals and vision to create an effective communication media system were to stay up to date and on top of the rapid changes taking place in the sectors it supervised whilst also keeping pace with the digital transformation that has transformed government media in recent years.
