Dr. Ibtisam Al-Mathal

Dr. Ibtisam Al-Mathal made history by becoming the Kingdom’s first female speaker for the Ministry of Education. During her appointment, she took to Twitter to mark the occasion while announcing her account as an official platform of the ministry. Prior to her new role, she was a school supervisor in the Kingdom’s Eastern Province institutions, and an English language teacher for 17 years.

Dr. Leila Bint Hamad Al-Kassem

The Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance made history by appointing its first female Undersecretary for Planning and Digital Transformation. Dr. Leila Bint Hamad Al-Kassem had previously served at the Department of Governance prior to her new appointment. Her appointment was seen as a major milestone in empowering women in Islamic affairs.

Dina Amin

Dina Amin is the current CEO of the Visual Arts Commission. With over 20 years of experience in the international contemporary art industry, and having held senior positions with some of the world’s most distinguished auction houses, she is responsible for helping to carry out visions by the Saudi Ministry of Culture. This includes implementing ministerial strategies, empowering professionals and talents, encouraging investments, and more.

Dr. Reem Al Bunyan

Dr. Reem Al Bunyan is the CEO of the Saudi Ministry of Health’s Center for Improving Value in Health (CiV), but also Co-chair of the G20 Health Working Group. She has also worked as a consultant neurologist, with years of experience in leadership, and currently works for King Fahad Specialist Hospital (KFSH) in Dammam. She is also a recipient of the Prince Mohammed Bin Fahad Award for Academic Excellence.

Daniah Orkoubi

Daniah Orkoubi is the Chief Economist and General Manager at the Technology Foresight Center, a department of the Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. In fact, she’s been instrumental in establishing the department aimed at promoting technological development in the Kingdom. Prior to her current position, she had also worked as chief economist at the Ministry of Economy and Planning, and economist in the strategy sector at King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy.

Rehaf Gassas

Rehaf Gassas is a UNESCO-certified facilitator in the field of intangible cultural heritage management, and the current General Manager at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. She’s also the heritage department director at the Saudi Heritage Preservation Society with several years of experience working with intangible cultural heritage. Recognizing her accomplishments, she was named one of the Gulf’s 20 achievers under the age of 35 at the GOV Youth GCC Rising Stars 2021.

Maha Al-Jehani

NEOM is Saudi Arabia’s strategy aimed at opening the Kingdom’s coastal region to investment, with Maha Al-Jehani appointed as its project specialist. She will be responsible for overseeing the launch of digital contents including websites, online tools, and documentations. Prior to her current position, she had worked for Panda Retail Co. in addition to taking part in the Hajj Hackathon and the NASA International Space Apps Challenge.
