Use Aloe Vera to Strengthen Your Skin

Aloe vera is known to have healing properties that stimulate new cell growth and it also soothes and moisturizes without clogging your pores. Using this highly active and hydrating plant after you’ve washed your face every day results in giving your skin a healthy and natural glow.

Use SPF Daily

Using an SPF30 or above can prevent skin damage and skin cancer. Keeping your skin shielded from harmful UV rays also guards against photo-aging, which is why it is imperative to apply your sunscreen every morning, even on days when it’s raining or the sky is overcast!

Wash your face at a temperature below 30 degrees, and see the difference it makes in your skin’s appearance. Reducing the temperature of your shower is also said to improve your blood circulation.
