What’s more, titled “Shine into the light,” the celebratory look is specially tailored to intensify the beauty of women in the Middle East.

Step 1: Apply Liquid Eyeshadow

Start by applying Max Factor’s “Eyefinity: All Day Eyeshadow” in the divine Soft Chestnut shade ( #8) as a base that can last all day. Applied on the eyelid, the waterproof technology and silky transformative texture of this 2 in 1 liquid eyeshadow and eyeliner makes for a clean application which is crease, smudge and smear proof. Step 2: Top Up With A Golden Shade
