Saudi Arabia Celebrates World Patient Safety Day

We wish everyone health and prosperity.

Saudi Arabia is celebrating World Patient Safety Day 2021, which falls on the 17th of September.

At the 72nd World Health Assembly affiliated with the World Health Organization, the Saudi Patient Safety Center adopted a global action on patient safety.

According to Arab News’ repot, the SPSC focused this year’s celebration on “safe maternal and newborn care,” which spreads knowledge around the safety of mothers and newborns.

The annual theme also promotes the best health practices to reduce risks and deaths that can be avoided during delivery.
