Açaí Bowl

1. FREEZE the Fruits
Tropicool recommends mixing its fresh açaí pulp with any type of frozen fruits, such as bananas and mixed berries to bring out that perfect açaí flavour.

2. BLEND the Base:
Grab a blender and mix up your frozen banana, berries with your Tropicool açaí pulp. Blend until well combined for a smooth and creamy texture. For a real lift, protein powder is also a great addition and makes for the ultimate post workout snack!

3. ASSEMBLE the Bowl:
Pour your açaí base into a round bowl and decorate it with your favourite toppings. Granola, chia seeds, coconut flakes, fresh berries, kiwis, bananas and peanut butter all make smashing additions.

Mango Bowl

Ingredients:
1 cup Tropicool mango pulp
1/2 frozen banana
Splash of orange Juice
Dry toppings: Granola, chia seeds, coconut flakes
Fruit toppings: Watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, kiwis

Directions:
1. FREEZE the Banana:
Tropicool recommends mixing its fresh mango pulp with a frozen banana to enhance that fresh mango flavour.

2. BLEND the Base:
Grab a blender and mix up your frozen banana, Tropicool mango pulp and add a splash of orange juice for that refreshing taste. Blend until well combined for a rich and creamy texture.

3. ASSEMBLE the Bowl :
Pour the smooth mango base into a round coconut bowl and decorate it with your favourite toppings. Granola, blueberries, bananas and kiwis are some of the top mix-in choices.
